You will be provided with a tailored fitness program that is designed around your needs and goals. Each program takes your experience, goals, availibility, workout environment and equipment access all into account in order to deliver a truly personalised program that allows you to reach your goals as optimally as possible!
FitMind Macro Monitor
Gain access to the FitMind Macro monitor, which helps to calculate your calories and macros, then provides meal suggestions to fit your personal goals!
Advanced Training App Access
For the duration of the 8-week shred, you will have access to the Fitmind Training App, which includes your training program, workout tracking, one-on-one priority messaging, calorie/macro targets, and many other features.
Weekly Check-Ins
Each week you will be sent a check-in form to respond to. This will be essential in ensuring everything runs smoothly through the 8 Weeks!
